Article 1

The

The Rules and General Terms and Conditions of the "Win a Style Makeover" prize game regulate the rights, obligations and conditions of participation, as well as the prize draw for advertising purposes (hereinafter: prize games), organized by MJZ Fashion, Clothing Rental and Fashion Consulting. The prize draw takes place from 17 to 22 May 2020 on the Instagram profile @mjzfashion and other participating profiles @mjzizposoja @ nives.spehar @san_fashion_and_jewelry @makeupbyevaassani @matejajpotocnik. The responsible person is Brigita Potočki.

Participation in the prize game

Article 2

The

All adults with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia, with a public Instagram profile, can participate in the prize draw. A participant in the prize draw is, subject to the conditions of these Rules, a natural person who between 17 and 22 May becomes a follower of all participating Instagram profiles and fills in the instructions for participation in the prize draw, listed under the invitation to participate. Marked persons must participate in the prize draw throughout the entire procedure. The label in the comment alone is not enough to place them in the draw.

The course of the prize draw

Article 3

The draw will take place no later than fourteen (14) days after the end of the prize draw. The draw is made by random selection among all participants in the prize game. The winner will be informed about the prize in a private message via Instagram, and her name will also be published under the invitation to the prize game on the Instagram profile @mjzfashion.

Receiving the prize

Article 4

The winner must communicate his / her data (name, surname, e-mail address) to the responsible person via a private message on Instagram or to the e-mail address info@mjzfashion.si within seven (7) days of the announcement of the award.

The results of the draw are final. It is not possible to appeal the result of the draw. The prize is not transferable. The award is given only to the person whose data matches the name of the profile on Instagram. The condition for winning the prize is that the winner agrees with the Rules of the prize game.

Reward

Article 6

The

The subject of the prize game is a stylish makeover, which includes a one-day rental of clothes and fashion accessories, shaping eyebrows or eyelashes, make-up and photography. The winner does not keep clothes that are subject to stylistic transformation. The winner retains six (6) selected photos. The winner is entitled to make-up on the day of the photo shoot. The winner is responsible for arranging eyebrows or eyelashes (one or the other, not both) in agreement with the performer Nives Špehar.

The date of the prize game depends on the availability of the winner and all participants and is determined by mutual agreement of all involved and carried out no later than October 2020. The organizer and participants must propose at least three (3) possible dates. If the winner rejects all the proposed dates, it is considered that she does not want to receive the prize and is thus dismissed.

Protection of personal data

The participant in the prize game confirms that he / she agrees with the Rules of the prize game and that his / her personal data may be stored, processed and used for marketing purposes and for the purposes of this prize game. The participant in the prize game may at any time request the review, supplementation, correction or deletion of his personal data or the termination of the processing of his personal data for the purposes of conducting this prize game and for marketing purposes, in accordance with law. The organizer has the right to publish the personal data of the winners for the purpose of public announcement of the prize game on Instagram, Facebook and the organizer's website. The organizer undertakes to manage the provided data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and not to pass on the data to third parties.
