There are many dresses in my closet, actually too many to count, but this one is my favorite (or definitely one of my favorites). I especially love the back of it! I bought it during my summer vacation a few years back. At first I've been wearing it as a beach dress (because that's what it is), but then I decided that it's far too pretty to just wear it when on vacation. The fabric is a little bit transparent, so at first I was wearing it with underskirt, but this year I decided to wear it with a bandeau top and high waisted underpants. I also added some Chanel jewelry which, I think, transformes the dress from beach to sophisticated, with a little bit of that 50's vibe. Of course, the only shoe that goes with it are my beloved Chloe espadrilles. I really cannot emphasize enough how versatile these shoes are. They are really worth every penny. I've been wearing them non stop (as I mentioned so many times before) for a second summer now, and still didn't get tired of them. I really don't know what would I be wearing if I didn't have these ;)
